We are a specialist school and college for incredible young people (ages 5-19) with complex learning needs and autism. We aren't looking for a 'traditional' academic - we're looking for someone with heart, energy, and resilience.

Job Responsibility

  • Helping a student find their 'voice' using signs, symbols, and tech
  • Teaching the 'small' wins - from making a snack to managing big emotions - that are actually massive milestones
  • Working in a tight-knit group on a beautiful 23-acre site where no two days are the same
