Job Responsibility:
Providing one-on-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs, both in the classroom and during specific sessions
Encouraging student engagement and contributing to their overall well-being
Keeping accurate and detailed records of student progress and behaviour
Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Building strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues
Collaborating effectively as a valuable member of the school team
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months of experience assisting children with SEN in a UK classroom setting
A valid Enhanced DBS check (registered with the Update Service or willing to apply for a new one)
The legal right to work in the UK
A strong commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development
