Job Responsibility:

Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents
Adhere to the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching qualification
Genuine passion and experience in handling SEN children
Relevant teaching assistant experience in the UK schools
Enhanced child DBS on the update service
Two Professional references
Understanding of safeguarding policies

Nice to have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment towards student support and holistic development
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Competent ICT skills
