Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with teachers to assist groups of students
Provide regular feedback on student progress to teachers and maintain records
Attend to students' personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on pastoral, social, health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters
Communicate with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor students' development
Work with students individually or in small groups to support their learning
Serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
An enhanced child DBS (assistance provided if needed)
Skills in behavior and classroom management
Patience to help students understand lessons and engage in planned activities
