Job Description

SEN Teaching Assistant - Day-to-Day Supply in Primary Schools in Reigate and surrounding areas. The role involves supporting primary settings, providing 1:1 or small group support for children with various needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, or physical disabilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with various needs
  • Implement EHCP goals and adapt to different learning styles
  • Guide students toward self-reliance
  • Work alongside Class Teachers and SENCOs

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN
  • Resilience
  • Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, or positive de-escalation techniques
  • Commitment to student progress
  • Ideally based in or near Reigate
