Job Description:

Immediate need for a long-term SEN Teaching Assistant role at a reputed SEN school in Leatherhead, Surrey. The school caters to learners with Autism, Asperger's, and other associated learning difficulties, offering a creative and broad curriculum.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting KS1-KS4 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress
Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events

Requirements:

Resilient, caring, and committed individual
Passionate about supporting SEN learners in an educational setting
Care or Education experience desirable but not essential
Eligibility to work in the UK
