Job Responsibility:
Follow and implement EHCP goals
adapt classroom activities to meet sensory and cognitive needs
use alternative communication methods (PECS, Makaton, AAC)
act as a calm consistent presence for emotional regulation
work with Class Teacher, SENCO, and external therapists
work 1:1 or in small groups using sensory play, visual timetables, and personalised communication tools
