• NVQ/VRQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
• Maths and English GCSE grade A* - C / 9-4 or Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 on the NQF or equivalent
• Passion and commitment for supporting learners with specific needs
• An empathetic, patient and tolerant demeanour
• Key organisation and communication skills
• Experience with managing complex behaviours and helping SEN learners to achieve
