Job Description:

We are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Boston Spa on a permanent basis. You will support pupils with Special Educational Needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and classroom support.

Job Responsibility:

Provide 1:1 and small group support
Implement EHCP strategies
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Support emotional and social development

Requirements:

Previous SEN experience (school or similar setting)
Calm, patient and resilient approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
Full right to work in the UK
