Requirements:

  • Experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant or Support Worker
  • Practical skills, energy, and genuine commitment
  • Ability to deliver individualised care and educational support
  • Ability to provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with complex learning, communication, and physical needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum)
