Job Description:

Are you compassionate, resilient, and ready to change lives? We are looking for dynamic individuals to support students aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors, helping them develop essential life skills for a more independent future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support students aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors
  • Work with groups of 8-13 students
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy, and PSHE using multi-sensory tools
  • Provide behavioral guidance
  • Provide personal care and hygiene support

Requirements:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • The emotional and physical resilience to meet the demands of a specialist environment
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
