Job Description

SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) position in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. Full time, permanent, term time only. Salary between £20,342 and £24,800 per year. Supporting learners with moderate and severe learning difficulties including Autism, Down syndrome, Asperger's, ADHD and EBD.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting KS1- KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
  • Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
