Job Responsibility:
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Helping pupils feel safe, understood, and engaged in their learning
Working closely with teaching and support staff to provide consistent, tailored support
Adapting approach to meet individual learning, emotional and behavioural needs
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN, including additional learning or behavioural needs
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence supporting pupils within a classroom setting
A proactive, resilient, and compassionate attitude
Right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa
Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one
