SEN Teaching Assistant

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Helping pupils feel safe, understood, and engaged in their learning
• Working closely with teaching and support staff to provide consistent, tailored support
• Adapting approach to meet individual learning, emotional and behavioural needs

• Experience supporting children with SEN, including additional learning or behavioural needs
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence supporting pupils within a classroom setting
• A proactive, resilient, and compassionate attitude
• Right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa
• Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one

Pay includes 12.07% holiday pay
