Job Description:

A highly regarded specialist school is seeking a full-time, permanent SEN Teaching Assistant (term time only) to start immediately. The school provides a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow, where individuality is celebrated. The focus is on creating an imaginative, flexible, and inspiring curriculum that helps students thrive and develop into happy, healthy, and resilient learners.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within whole class settings
Assisting learners with severe and complex needs
Collaborating with the teacher to support learning objectives

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
Relevant teaching assistant and/or SEN care experience (must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent

Teaching Assistant qualification
