We are seeking reliable supply Teaching Assistants to provide focused, 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs across welcoming mainstream primary schools in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact on a child's day, offering the flexibility of day-to-day work without the demand of long-term planning. The Role As a day-to-day supply SEN TA, your core focus will be to step in and support specific children 1:1 who require extra assistance with their learning, communication, or emotional needs. You will quickly adapt to the pupil's routine, helping them access the mainstream curriculum and follow their tailored learning plans. Working on a supply basis requires a proactive approach, as you will collaborate on the day with class teachers and the school's SENCO to ensure the pupil feels secure, included, and supported throughout the school day.
