Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling long-term role in Liverpool? Job Responsibility:

  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs
  • Assist with coursework and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
  • Contribute to IEP development and implementation
  • Support students in achieving their learning goals and accessing the curriculum
  • Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school
  • Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
