Job Responsibility:
Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs
Assist with coursework and emotional well-being
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
Contribute to IEP development and implementation
Support students in achieving their learning goals and accessing the curriculum
Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school
Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Legal right to work in the UK
