Job Responsibility:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons for our students
Assist with lesson planning, preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and providing support during lessons
Be involved in assessing student progress and providing feedback
Work closely with individual students and small groups, providing tailored support and encouragement
Help students with their learning, providing extra help with specific subjects, and supporting students with their social and emotional development
Plan and deliver learning activities, marking student work, and contributing to the overall development of our learning environment
Lead small group activities, providing interventions, and working with students who have special educational needs
Requirements:
Holds a recognised qualification as a Teaching Assistant or has equivalent experience
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff
Is highly motivated and committed to student success, with a genuine passion for education
Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile
Is able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and sharing ideas
