Job Responsibility:

Delivering 1:1 and small group activities using personalised approaches to ensure every student can access learning
encouraging young people to develop the skills they need to navigate the world with confidence
supporting students both in the classroom and in their onsite home settings, maintaining high standards of hygiene and welfare
working closely with teachers and specialists to contribute to student records and attend vital progress meetings
using initiative to manage challenging situations and shifting priorities with a calm, positive attitude
