Job Description:

Randstad is collaborating with exceptional schools searching for enthusiastic individuals eager to help students aged 4-11 thrive in social, emotional, and academic areas. This role includes practical on-the-job training, support from experienced staff, and full-time hours in a long-term capacity.

Job Responsibility:

Work with learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
Be a positive role model in the classroom
Support the class teacher with preparing resources and learning activities
Build positive relationships with staff, learners and their families
Work collaboratively with other staff members
Bring your best self to work every day

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and promoting a love of learning
Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
Experience working with children or in a childcare setting
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
Confidence and motivation to direct individuals/small groups with their learning
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one)
Work eligibility in UK (No sponsorship will be provided)
