We're looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term position, with an immediate start available for the new academic year in September. Job Responsibility:
1:1 and Small Group Support: Providing targeted assistance to students in the classroom and during specific interventions
Encouraging Independence: Promoting student engagement and helping to build their confidence and social skills
Progress Tracking: Keeping detailed records of student progress, behaviour, and any support strategies that have been implemented
Team Collaboration: Working closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a holistic and supportive learning environment for every student
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience supporting children with SEN in a UK school setting
A valid Enhanced DBS check
Legal right to work in the UK
Genuine commitment to inclusive education and a positive attitude
