As a long-term SEN TA, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting students with complex needs, ensuring their safety and engagement in learning activities
Maintaining a calm and vigilant approach to supporting students with epilepsy and other neurological conditions
Implementing tailored strategies for autism and learning difficulties as outlined in EHCPs
Helping students navigate the move between classroom learning and their residential environment
