Job Description:

Are you seeking a permanent, term-time role where you can join a specialist school community where learners feel a strong sense of pride, belonging, and achievement? This specialist school is an inclusive and inspiring day and residential setting, supporting 90+ children and young adults (ages 5-19) with moderate to profound complex needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Autism.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting young people with complex needs in a dedicated educational setting
  • Providing support that goes beyond academics, focusing on personal development, life skills, and overall well-being
  • Working in a vibrant environment where no two days are the same, making a real, lasting impact on students' lives

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults
  • Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable)
