Job Responsibility
Support learning: Work closely with teachers to provide individualised support to students in the classroom
Build relationships: Establish strong connections with students, making them feel safe and happy
Be a positive influence: Encourage positive behaviour and concentration levels, adapting your approach to meet individual needs
Promote independence: Help students develop their skills and become more independent
Get involved: Be part of a dynamic team, supporting students in all sorts of activities, including outdoor adventures, sports, and community projects
