Job Description:

An exceptional Ofsted Outstanding specialist school near Leatherhead, Surrey, is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, permanent position focused on inclusive education for children aged 5 to 16 with severe and complex learning difficulties.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis
Assisting learners with severe and complex needs
Collaborating with teachers to support learning objectives

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant Qualification preferred but not mandatory
Previous Teaching Assistant and SEN experience desirable
Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or young people
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the UK

Previous Teaching Assistant and SEN experience desirable
