Job Description:

A well-regarded school in Cranleigh is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with complex learning needs. This role requires resilience, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside the SENCO and teaching staff
  • Support pupils with communication and sensory needs
  • Implement behaviour support plans
  • Track and record progress

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEN, care or support work
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • DBS check required
  • Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
