Job Responsibility

  • Implement tailored activities to meet EHCP targets
  • support children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal care needs
  • work closely with Class Teacher and SENCO to create a safe, inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • experience in school, nursery, healthcare, or personal lived experience with SEND
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to Safeguarding
  • enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
  • CACHE level 1 or 2
  • CACHE level 2 or 3
  • early childhood studies degree
  • health and social care experience
  • health and social care qualifications (NVQ)
  • HLTA
  • NVQ level 2
  • NVQ level 3
  • NVQ level 4
  • high school
  • college
  • university

Nice to have

  • background in youth work
