SEN Teaching Assistant - KS3 & KS4 | Full-Time, Permanent. Location: Banstead. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Setting: Innovative SEN & Part-Residential School (Ages 8-19). As an SEN Teaching Assistant working within the KS3 and KS4 departments, your day-to-day duties will include: Providing tailored support to learners on a 1:1, small group, and wider classroom basis. Assisting students with various SEN requirements, focusing heavily on SEMH needs. Fostering a love for learning while guiding students toward independence. Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress. Actively participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events.
