Job Description:

We're looking for a caring and confident SEN Teaching Assistant to support Reception and Nursery pupils with additional needs. This is a temporary / long-term role with weekly pay, offering the chance to make a real difference in the early years of a child's education!

Job Responsibility:

  • Support children with SEN in the Early Years (Nursery & Reception)
  • Assist with classroom activities, learning, and behaviour management
  • Work closely with teachers to implement strategies tailored to each child
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement
  • Be hands-on, proactive, and fully involved in daily school life

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant / SEN TA in Early Years
  • Patient, caring, and confident managing challenging behaviour
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting children's development
  • Enjoys being part of a friendly, collaborative school team
