Job Description:

A primary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism and complex SEN needs. This full-time role involves working across EYFS, KS1 & KS2, providing creative support and collaborating with a strong inclusion team. Ideal for graduates or those passionate about SEN, it offers opportunities for professional development and experience with industry specialists.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN requirements
Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
High quality and bespoke CPD will be provided
Collaborate with a strong inclusion team to support you.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with SEN children
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs.

Nice to have:

A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within.
