We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for helping others to join a specialist educational team as a Trainee SEN / CABAS Teacher. No teaching qualification is required to start-we will fully train you, pay for your qualifications, and support you every step of the way.
Job Responsibility
Designing and delivering fun, interactive teaching sessions
Helping pupils develop life-changing communication, social, and emotional skills
Accompanying pupils on fun off-site trips and community activities
Supporting pupils with daily routines, including playtime, lunch, and personal care
Requirements
Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., care work, volunteering, tutoring, or family care)
A minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
A calm nature-comfortable managing high-pressure situations or dysregulated behaviours
The physical energy to keep up with an active school day (lots of moving, standing, and playing!)
A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine desire to learn
