As a Special Education Needs(SEN) teacher, you will be working with children and young people with different forms of Educational Needs which includes Complex Learning Difficulties(CLD), Profound and Multiple Learning difficulties(PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Autism.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering engaging lessons across a range of classes tailored to individual needs
Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons based on the P Scales curriculum
Building positive relationships with students to encourage a supportive learning environment
Employing creative and resilient approaches to manage classroom behavior effectively
Supporting students with personal care as needed
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Eligibility to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one
Available between 8.30 AM to 3.30 pm
Must be available for 5 days in a week
UK based experience with Special Education Needs(SEN) is required
Excellent communication skills and management skills
Immediate availability to work start
