Job Description:

Randstad Education is partnering with specialist schools in the Wirral area to recruit a dedicated and confident SEN Teacher to start as soon as possible. This role is full-time and term-time only, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering engaging lessons across a range of classes tailored to individual needs
Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons based on the P Scales curriculum
Building positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment
Employing creative and resilient approaches to manage classroom behavior effectively
Supporting students with personal care as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting is desirable but not essential
A patient, passionate, and professional approach to teaching
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Immediate availability for a full-time role
