Job Description:

This dynamic educational centre in Guildford is seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN Teacher to join their team. The role involves creating an inclusive environment for learners with autism, delivering meaningful lessons, and fostering personal growth.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with a team of educators and specialists to create individualised learning plans for each student
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning targets
Monitor and report on student progress
Stay updated on autism-related best practices to enhance teaching approaches
Support students' individual needs in a non-confrontational and inclusive manner

Requirements:

A Recognized Teaching Qualification: PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
Experience in Teaching Students with Autism: Demonstrated expertise in supporting young people with autism
Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedures
Experience Managing a Range of Behaviours
