Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the design and differentiation of long, medium, and short-term plans, including wider school activities and themed events
Provide direct teaching and support in small class groups or on a 1:1 basis for autistic pupils (4-19)
Collect, record, and analyse data to monitor pupil progress and develop targeted support plans
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
A minimum of 1 year of completed ECT induction in a mainstream setting
A strong interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Confidence working with children who exhibit behaviours that challenge and supporting personal/intimate care
