What You'll Actually Do: Rebuild Trust: Use relational and restorative approaches to behaviour. You will swap shouty, zero-tolerance policies for conversations that actually fix the root of the problem. Teach the Whole Child: Deliver engaging lessons that balance vital academic targets with personal development, wellbeing, and real-world life skills. Track Real Progress: Set personalised goals using baseline assessments so you can see the tangible, rewarding impact of your teaching every single week. Collaborate: Partner with an incredibly supportive internal team, families, and external agencies to help these young people transition to their next steps.
