Job Description:

Randstad Education are currently recruiting for SEN Teachers for a variety of roles across Merseyside. ECTs are welcome to apply. Roles available range from flexible day-to-day supply to long-term roles with the potential for permanent contracts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivering lessons for learners with a variety of SEND, including but not limited to PMLD, SEMH, SpLD, ASC, and challenging behaviour
  • Adapting teaching to meet the individual needs of learners
  • Using summative and formative assessment to monitor progress
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other relevant professionals
  • Follow the school's policy for behaviour management to create a positive learning environment
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the DSL

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
