Job Description

EdEx are working with an independent SEN Nursery & School in Hammersmith & Fulham to find a SEND Teacher for a permanent contract position starting in September 2026. This school specialises in evidence-based early intervention and education for children with autism aged 2-9, and is one of the most innovative settings in the UK for ASD provision. ABA experience is highly desirable but not essential if you are committed to evidence-based practice and willing to undertake training.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver bespoke learning pathways tailored to individual pupils
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and colleagues
  • Provide evidence-based, individualised education for children with autism

Requirements

  • Passionate about individualised, evidence-based education for children with autism
  • ABA experience highly desirable (but not essential if willing to train and commit to evidence-based practice)
  • Strong SEND practitioner with a proven track record of supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Open-minded, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
  • Values collaboration with clinical teams, families, and colleagues
