Job Description:

EdEx are working with an independent SEN Nursery & School in Hammersmith & Fulham to find a SEND Teacher for a permanent contract position starting in September 2026. This school specialises in evidence-based early intervention and education for children with autism aged 2-9, and is one of the most innovative settings in the UK for ASD provision. ABA experience is highly desirable but not essential if you are committed to evidence-based practice and willing to undertake training.

Job Responsibility:

Design and deliver bespoke learning pathways tailored to individual pupils
Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and colleagues
Provide evidence-based, individualised education for children with autism

Requirements:

Passionate about individualised, evidence-based education for children with autism
ABA experience highly desirable (but not essential if willing to train and commit to evidence-based practice)
Strong SEND practitioner with a proven track record of supporting pupils with complex needs
Open-minded, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
Values collaboration with clinical teams, families, and colleagues
Keen to work in a setting where therapy and education are genuinely integrated
Able to design and deliver bespoke learning pathways tailored to individual pupils
Ready to be part of an ambitious, pioneering team shaping the future of autism provision in the UK
