Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Are you an inspiring teacher with a deep commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs? Do you thrive when helping learners overcome barriers to education? If you're experienced in working with children who face emotional, behavioural, or cognitive challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

Creating and adapting lesson content according to individual learning levels
Teaching with reference to P Scales and SEN frameworks
Establishing trust and positive rapport with pupils
Using effective behaviour strategies in a caring and inclusive manner
Assisting with personal care when required, always maintaining respect and discretion

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one)
Previous experience in a UK SEN setting
Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)

Nice to have:

experience in administering medication
experience in managing challenging behaviour
experience with autism spectrum disorders
experience with learning difficulties
experience with social emotional mental health
