Working with young people aged 7 to 19 (with a specific focus on Key Stage 3), you will help students who have struggled in mainstream settings to find their feet, build their confidence, and rediscover a love for learning. Your Classroom, Your Impact Teaching in small groups or on a 1-to-1 basis, you will deliver a flexible and engaging curriculum designed to prepare students for life. Holistic Subjects: You will lead learning in core areas such as Maths, English, and PSHE, alongside practical, life-enriching subjects like Cooking and Preparation for Adulthood (PFA). Innovative Delivery: Collaborate with Site Lead Teachers to design multi-sensory experiences that cater to each student's specific EHCP goals and personal interests. Student Advocacy: You will be a voice for your learners, ensuring they are involved in decisions about their own education and that their emotional wellbeing is prioritised. Strategic Support: Assist Learning Managers with assessments, progress tracking, and detailed reporting for transition planning. Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. A relevant Level 6 qualification.
