Job Description:

One of our partner schools in Luton is looking for qualified and experienced SEN Teachers to join their amazing team of classroom practitioners on a permanent basis. We are looking to recruit skilled and dedicated Teachers who understand the importance of Special Needs Education and the importance of the development of children in order to prepare them for their futures. This is a fulltime permanent position that starts ASAP!

Job Responsibility:

  • A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
  • Confidence to teach in different educational subjects
  • The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team
  • Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
  • Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
  • Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that engage and challenge students of varying abilities and learning styles
  • Good knowledge and experience of the UK national curriculum

Requirements:

  • Relevant SEN experience with UK PGCE, QTS or equivalent qualification (must be able to reference your recent work with 2 professional references)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential as sponsorship is not available with this role)
