Job Responsibility
Delivering exceptional, highly differentiated teaching across the primary curriculum
Planning, preparing, and assessing work effectively, with accurate tracking for pupils, including those with EHCPs
Implementing effective strategies for positive behaviour management, particularly for children with SEMH difficulties
Proactively collaborating with SEN staff, specialists, and parents to support holistic pupil development
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), either newly qualified (ECT) or with primary experience
Strong ability to differentiate the curriculum and adapt strategies to meet complex learning profiles
Experience or strong understanding of supporting pupils with needs like SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
A collaborative professional committed to using continuous assessment to monitor progress and inform highly personalised planning
