Are you an experienced, Qualified SEN Teacher looking for the perfect work-life balance? Do you want to utilise your specialist skills to support unique minds, but need a flexible schedule that puts you in complete control of your timetable? If you are looking for rewarding daily supply or short-term placements across a network of premier specialist schools in Watford, Randstad Education wants to partner with you. We are seeking adaptable, high-energy Qualified SEN Teachers (QTS) for full-time and part-time supply opportunities within our partner special schools across Watford. This route is ideal for educators who love the impact of specialist teaching but want to step away from the endless cycle of planning, grading, and administrative data tracking. Whether you are looking to work one day a week or five, you will provide vital continuity for pupils with diverse complex needs, including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
