Job Description:

We are recruiting an SEN Teacher to create personalised, engaging lessons for pupils with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, and Severe Learning Difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing a positive, structured environment for learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver lessons using P Scales
  • Offer consistent, compassionate support to pupils
  • Foster a positive classroom culture
  • Help with personal care as needed

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous SEN experience in UK schools
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or ready to apply)
  • Effective communication and behaviour strategies
  • Monday-Friday availability
