Requirements
Passion over Experience: You don't need a teaching degree yet. We value personality, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people with complex needs
Resilience: The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting on student progress
Education: A degree is preferred (ideally in Psychology or Education), but we welcome candidates with strong A-Levels and a heart for social care
