We are looking for an ambitious educator to join our founding team and spearhead our Nurture provisions.
Job Responsibility
Pioneer the Nurture Model: Establish a high-functioning, low-arousal classroom environment that bridges the gap between emotional regulation and academic achievement
Data-Driven Individualisation: Utilise Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to create bespoke, highly effective learning pathways
Behaviour Innovation: Move away from traditional behaviour management to lead with non-confrontational, therapeutic de-escalation techniques.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential. Primary-trained teachers with strong literacy/numeracy intervention skills or Mainstream Secondary teachers looking to transition are highly encouraged to apply
Resilient, analytical, and highly adaptable. You view complex behaviours as communication and possess the emotional intelligence to navigate them
Prior experience or a deep theoretical understanding of ASC, ADHD, or SEMH is vital.
