Job Responsibility:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students with complex needs
Employ effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive classroom atmosphere
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., therapists, teaching assistants) to develop and implement individualised education programs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching children with SEN in a UK primary school setting
Experience with children with autism, ADHD, and severe learning difficulties
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Passion for supporting children with complex needs
Commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices
A positive and proactive approach to teaching
Willingness to participate in professional development opportunities
