Are you a visionary educator ready to redefine what 'progress' looks like for students with complex needs? Do you have the clinical precision to track EHCP targets and the creative soul to turn a classroom into a multisensory world of discovery? If you are a qualified teacher who believes that a diagnosis should never be a ceiling on a child's potential, we have the perfect leadership role for you in Bury St Edmunds. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to take the helm of a small, specialised class. Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 Teaching Assistants
Use evidence-based interventions to engage learners

Create a 'high-support, low-arousal' sanctuary where students feel safe to communicate
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Significant experience working with children with complex needs or severe learning difficulties
A deep understanding of how to differentiate for non-verbal learners and those with sensory processing disorders
The ability to remain a calm, stabilising force in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
An enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one)
