Job Responsibility:
Class Teaching in small groups or 1:1
Curriculum Design (differentiated long, medium, and short-term plans)
Curriculum Delivery (including wider school activities)
Direct support and teaching using behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement techniques
Structured data collection, recording, and analysis to monitor progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
Proven Teaching experience within the UK school system and clear understanding of the National Curriculum
Demonstrated experience and passion for working in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Confidence in working with children who exhibit behaviours that challenge and supporting personal/intimate care
