Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivering high-impact lessons that resonate with students with diverse learning profiles
  • Breaking down the curriculum using P Scales and individual learning plans to make success attainable for every child
  • Managing a classroom that feels safe, structured, and geared toward emotional well-being
  • Working closely with TAs, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure a 360-degree support system for your class
  • Maintaining the dignity and comfort of students by providing personal care support as needed

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A solid history of teaching within the UK SEN sector
  • A deep understanding of inclusive pedagogy and the ability to differentiate lessons on the fly
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A clear DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to undergo a new check)
