Job Description

Launch Your Career in SEN | Secondary Nurture Teacher (Permanent). Location: Rural Surrey (Caterham / Chaldon area). Salary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS) + SEN Allowance. Contract: Permanent, Full-Time. Start: Immediate. We are looking for a dynamic, resilient, and forward-thinking Nurture Teacher to join our specialist secondary team. Our students have Autism (ASC) and associated challenging behaviours. The Nurture Model: You will lead a small group using a primary-style 'home-base' approach. Specialist Mentorship: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists and SEN experts to master the art of de-escalation and sensory regulation. Rapid Professional Growth: Become an expert in ASC and SEMH.
